Cindy Dillard

CEO & Partner

Cindy attended both Boise State University and Idaho State University. She has been in the accounting industry for over 20 years. Cindy grew up in a rural small town in Idaho and wanted to trade the snow and cold for the warm sun and moved to Phoenix, AZ.

Cindy has always had one goal in mind — to provide an individualized approach to her clients’ tax savings. Her love of helping others is what drives her to excel at the work she does and inspires her on a daily basis.

Cindy loves to work one-on-one with small business owners, home-based businesses, independent contractors and multi-million dollar corporations who are looking for sound advice. She customizes her approach to each client and targets their unique needs.

Cindy is passionate about her work and clients but also about her family. When she is not at work, you can often times find her at Disneyland with her two grandchildren. She loves traveling with her family, reading John Grisham books, and dancing.

Jared Crystal

CFO & Partner

Jared has been in the accounting industry for 16 years. He was an integral part of his family’s rodeo company and ranch in Idaho, where he also grew up. Through his experience with the family business, Jared was able to manage a large restaurant at age 17. Jared wanted sunshine and warmth, so he moved from Idaho to Arizona.

Jared has worked with small businesses, independent contractors, large corporations, and individuals on their tax liabilities. Jared’s expertise is viewing both sides of accounting — bookkeeping and taxes. He understands how one relates to the other and what the overall picture should look like.

Jared is a great problem solver; he finds solutions that others might not understand or take the time to investigate. He is very confident in his abilities and his clients say he is very trustworthy. Jared is also passionate about educating his clients on their business structure and taxes.

When Jared is not at work, he can be found volunteering for non-profits like AGRA, HRC, Equality Arizona, and helping friends and family. He wants to be remembered as a loyal person who gave back and made a contribution to his society.

Chelsie Dillard Kosareff

Accounts Manager

Chelsie is Cindy’s daughter and has been immersed in the tax industry going on 20 years! She graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Business and minor in Marketing. Having started her own business in the skin care industry in 2009, she eventually saw the light and came to work for the family business.

She now splits her time between San Diego, CA, where she lives with her husband and two children at the beach, and Phoenix. Ironically enough she is married to a CPA! When she is not working, Chelsie can be found planning her next big event seeing as how she loves to host. She has also become an avid photographer and is continually pushing herself behind the lens.

Pricilla Cortes

Sr. Tax Preparer & QuickBooks Educator

A Phoenix native, Pricilla attended ASU where she studied accounting. She has worked in the industry for 12 years as an accountant and bookkeeper, having also worked in the construction management field.

Pricilla has a knack for numbers and is an excellent QuickBooks resource. In fact, she is the office’s resident certified QuickBooks Expert. She enjoys helping and educating companies on how to start and successfully maintain their financial records. She works very closely with both Cindy and Jared and is our most senior tax preparer.

In addition to successfully juggling multiple clients, she also has a very active home life. Pricilla is married with two young children and co-leads one of her daughter’s Girl Scouts troops. She enjoys spending quality time with her family. In her off time, this Pinterest-loving, wanna-be crafter continues to further her education. One of her many passions is learning.

Randi Crystal

Bookkeeping Manager

Randi grew up living as a snowbird; in Idaho in the summertime and Arizona in the wintertime. She was raised on a ranch and learned the values of dedication and hard work at a young age. She still helps her family with the ranch and does everything from feeding the cattle to managing the finances. She is still able to split her time between Idaho and Arizona.

Randi attended Idaho State University where she studied accounting. She has been in the bookkeeping and office management field for over 15 years.

Randi concentrates on the bookkeeping side but works very closely with the tax preparers in the office so that you have a seamless transition when it comes to preparing your taxes. Randi is also well versed with the Sales Tax procedures in Arizona.

Randi is a single mom with a teenage daughter. When she is not playing taxi for her daughter, you can find her spending time with her family.

Anna Phillips

Tax Preparer

Anna grew up in Phoenix and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Arizona. Prior to working with tax returns, she was in the mortgage loan industry. She began working for SBA in 2016, quickly making herself indispensable as a data entry supervisor.

Besides her passion for finance, Anna has a huge heart for her family. She homeschooled her three children for six years and now volunteers regularly for the various activities they are involved in, including coaching an Odyssey of the Mind team. She is usually in the middle of several books and enjoys home remodeling and photography.

George Palomarez

Controller · CPA (Arizona)

George attended both ASU and the University of Scranton and obtained his Associates and Masters in Accountancy, and is a CPA in the state of Arizona. He has been in the accounting industry for 20 years, beginning in medical billing and accounts payable, and transitioning through various positions such as bookkeeping, accounting services, audit and assurance, and tax.

George has a variety of experience in different industries due to his work in public accounting. His expertise is mainly in contracting and hospitality, but he has also worked on a variety of other industries such as startups, not-for-profits, and governmental.

A native of Tucson, George usually splits his time between Tucson and Phoenix to spend time with family. He can otherwise be found traveling, usually somewhere warm and with a beach.
